Every home on RealEstatesCaribbean comes from a real listing on a broker’s website on Curaçao or Sint Maarten, and everything we show can be traced back to that listing. The broker stays the seller; we stay the map.

From the broker’s website to this page

Checked every morning

Every morning we collect the listings that brokers publish on their own public websites and check each price and status again. Every listing shows when it was last checked.

Shown as the broker published it

Photos, videos, price, features and facilities are on our site because the broker or agent published them that way. We show them as published. Photos load from the broker’s website and videos from the platform where the broker posted them; we do not copy them.

Prices exactly as published by the broker

One home can be offered by several brokers. Each broker is then shown separately, with its own price and its own link. Each price is shown exactly as that broker publishes it, in its own currency. We never combine prices or links from different brokers.

One click to the original listing

The button on each listing goes straight to that listing on the broker’s website, not to a general profile. Questions, viewings and offers go through the broker.

What we can and cannot promise

Facts are taken from the broker’s listing and re-checked daily. Each listing shows when we last checked it, and we never mix one broker’s details with another’s.

We cannot guarantee that the broker’s information is correct or complete. Prices and availability can change between our morning check and your visit. Always check the details with the broker before you make a decision.

Our purpose

Our aim is one complete overview of the homes offered on each island we cover, starting with Curaçao and Sint Maarten, so that you can compare the offering in one place.

We do not sell or rent homes ourselves, and we do not take sides between brokers.

What is ours

A few things on the site are added by us. We mark them:

editorial texts, marked “Editorial · written by RealEstatesCaribbean”;
property descriptions we write from the broker’s listing without adding facts, marked “Written by RealEstatesCaribbean · based on the broker’s listing”;
the US$ price where the broker uses another currency, with the exchange rate and its date, and the broker’s own price next to it;
the area a home is placed in, and an approximate location on the map when the broker gives no exact one.

Something not right?

If a price, photo or detail looks wrong, or a home is no longer available, tell us through the contact page and include the link to the listing. Brokers can ask for corrections or removal via the page for brokers.
